So out of curiosity I am wonder how everyone's ambulance and fire services get along. I know many are joined but many are not. Where I am they are not joined and heck if I cant figure out how to bridge the gap. We are a team but only n the field. IN truth I believe that individually there are no gaps but get the group together and dang if there aint tension and division. ??? Joint training rarely...if ever. Communication difficult. I have had many frustrations with this, I would love to be able to work through it and get on with bein a team. Any input, insight, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
